Job Description:
- Assess customer current pain point, business objective and requirement for IT Services e.g. roll-out, managed service, managed operation, seat management and others.
- Approach solution with ITSM framework e.g. ITILv3 to deliver best solution for customer’s requirement.
- Create sizing and cost calculation for delivering the IT Services solution.
- Collaborate solution with suitable IT technology.
- Build an integrated proposal consist of company profile, solution diagram, sizing consideration, project timeline, migration/integration method and other technical related matter.
- Present the solution and convince customer.
- Coordination with sales team related with sales strategy, such as brand to be choose, device specification, complexity of integration and professional services cost.
- Coordination with project manager and post-sales team during implementation to ensure all requirement is delivered.
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT
- Have experience with ITSM’ Tools e.g. BMC Remedy, IVANTI, ManagedEngine, etc.
- Have experience in other IT technologies e.g. call center, video conference, CCTV, etc. is an advantage
- Preferably having professional certification such as ITILv3, COBIT or other ITSM’ Certifications
- Proficient in English
- Have a very good communication and presentation skill
- Willing to do business trip
